At Africa Unite International, our mission is to make high-quality, locally produced African food accessible to every African by fostering strong partnerships with local manufacturers. Through innovation, cost-effective production, and streamlined logistics, we aim to empower African industries, celebrate our rich culinary heritage, and drive sustainable economic growth. We believe that by working together, we can build a self-sufficient Africa—one where our people thrive, our businesses flourish, and our flavors are enjoyed across the continent.

We envision high-quality African food products being easily accessible to every African, no matter where they are on the continent. By optimizing production and reducing costs—both in manufacturing and logistics—we can make our products more affordable without compromising quality. By working together, we can empower our industries, celebrate our cultures, and drive economic growth because we believe in Africa, we believe in our people, our flavors, and our ability to build something powerful together. Africa deserves to thrive on it's own terms
Africa Unite International Ltd was born from a vision—one that saw Africa’s potential not just as a producer but as a united force in the global food industry.
It all began when the founder, Mr. Howard Nwadike, a Nigerian national living in America, visited Kenya. What started as a simple trip soon turned into an eye-opening experience. Immersing himself in the rich agricultural lands, he connected with local farmers, witnessing firsthand the dedication and skill that went into food production. Inspired, he even took part in farming, gaining a deeper appreciation for the continent’s natural resources and the hardworking people behind them.
Upon returning to America, he couldn’t shake the realization that Africa’s economies, though rich in resources, were still operating in silos. There was a gap—an untapped potential to integrate African food businesses, create value-added products, and empower farmers by connecting them to larger markets.
Determined to turn this vision into reality, he returned to Africa in 2022 and partnered with Ms. Michelle Anyango a Kenyan national who shared his passion for economic integration. Together, they embarked on extensive market research, exploring opportunities to unify African food systems and create products that Africans could take pride in.
By 2024, their research had expanded to Tanzania and Uganda, where they engaged with more farmers, processors, and industry leaders. These visits reinforced their belief that Africa’s food sector had all the right ingredients—quality raw materials, skilled labor, and a growing consumer base—but lacked the necessary connections and infrastructure to operate as a unified market.
In 2025, their journey took them to Ethiopia, a country with deep agricultural traditions and a strategic position in Africa’s economic landscape. Their visit reinforced their mission—to bridge the gaps between African farmers, processors, and consumers, ensuring that Africa’s wealth remained within Africa.
From these experiences, Africa Unite International Ltd was born. More than a company, it is a movement towards an economically empowered Africa, where locally sourced, high-quality products fuel the continent’s growth and strengthen its place in global markets.
This journey is just beginning. With every product we create every farmer we support, and every partnership we build, we move closer to an Africa that thrives together.
